System maintenance for the Crypto.com App, Exchange, and Pay Checkout is scheduled to commence at 08:00 HKT (00:00 UTC) on 6 September 2021. Maintenance is expected to take approximately two hours.

What will be affected during the system maintenance:

Crypto.com App

All trading and other transactions in the Crypto.com App will be suspended. Users will not be able to log in. The Crypto.com Visa Card will still be functional, but spending rewards during the downtime will be delayed.

Crypto.com Exchange and Derivatives Exchange

All trading and other transactions on the Exchange and Derivatives will be suspended, and users will not be able to log in.

Crypto.com DeFi Wallet

Users will not be able to connect the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet to the Crypto.com App.

Crypto.com Pay Checkout

Users will not be able to use the Crypto.com Pay Checkout feature on third-party merchant websites.

Merchants will not be able to log in to the Crypto.com Pay Dashboard, nor will they be able to accept crypto payments via Crypto.com Pay Checkout. In addition, merchants will not be able to issue invoices.
